The permit may be revoked while it is in force, if any of the following issues arise
- Unsatisfactory hygiene conditions in the residential unit, resulting from keeping the pet
- Complaints from the other tenants of the residential unit
- Violation of statutory regulations on animal keeping
- The living conditions in the residential unit do not meet sanitary standards
- The animal is classified as dangerous to dormitory residents (e.g., large dogs, snakes, crocodiles, etc.)
The Head of the Department will not approve the application in the following cases:
STEP 1. Fill out the application form (see appendix), addressed to Yu. Fedorova, Head of the Department for Maintenance and Operation of Halls of Residence.
STEP 2. You will need to provide the following documents with your application:
- Pet registration certificate (veterinary passport with required vaccinations and registration number)
- Veterinary health certificate
- Medical certificates from all tenants of the living unit confirming the absence of pet-related allergies
STEP 4. Submit the completed application with copies of all abovementioned documents to the secretary at the Department Head’s reception (Hall of Residence No 10, office 205a), or send them by email to the SPbU Department for Maintenance and Operation of Halls of Residence: office. campus@spbu.ru
STEP 3. The application form must include written consent from all residents of your living unit to keep a pet.
Applying for a pet permit in SPbU halls of residence
The information provided in the documents will be checked. If any of the submitted documents are invalid, the application may be refused.
After this period, a renewal application is required.
